醉生夢死 erosion presents 2 programmes:

Erosion, an experimental exhibitional experience with 5 main art installations, one of which will act as a performance space for “Truth or Dare 真心話大冒險”. The other 4 works will be divided into four different sections: “醉” drunkenness, “生” life, “夢” dream, and “死” death - creating unique spaces for people to immerse themselves in the various states.

Truth or Dare, an original theatrical performance that touches on the concept of the ‘Truth or Dare’ game as one that demands courage and honesty, for you to discover others’ secrets and an opportunity to let loose for once.

Due to the nature of 醉生夢死 erosion, we are offering 3 types of tickets:

Erosion: Everlasting, Erosion: Breathtaking and Erosion: Immersive+

1. With Erosion: Everlasting,

Revel in the 4 visual arts installations presented by 醉生夢死 erosion at our venues with special multimedia elements.

Priced at $15, students enjoy a student price of $10. (Only available on 6th to 9th December)

2. With Erosion: Breathtaking

Not only will you get to indulge in the lively performances situated at 4 visual arts installations space presented by 醉生夢死 erosion, you will also experience an exclusive theatrical performance, 真心話大冒險 Truth or Dare.

Priced at $35, students enjoy a student price of $25 . (Only available on 4th, 5th, 10th & 11th December)

* Exhibition opens at 1000 to 2200 on 6th to 9th December

*Theatre performance will start at 1930pm on 4th, 5th, 10th & 11th December, there will be another at 1400pm on 11th December

3. Erosion: Immersive+,

Allows you to fully experience 醉生夢死 erosion, comprising your choice of performance dates (between 4th, 5th, 10th & 11th December), and an exhibition viewing (from 6th to 9th December).

Priced at $45, students enjoy a student price of $30.

*Theatre performance will start at 1930pm on 4th, 5th, 10th & 11th December, there will be another at 1400pm on 11th December

Our Story

Interweaving visual art, performance art, and technological arts, 醉生夢死 erosion invites you to indulge in a metaphysical world of self-indulgences. The core of the concept is manifested in a real, raw, and confrontational experience. In this interactive journey, The Erosion Collective hopes that people will be able to unearth and explore their darkest, unbearable, and suppressed emotions within the deep trenches of their hearts.

From your unimagined perspectives, we will take you to experience life: drunken life, dreamlike life, deathlike life--醉生夢死. Life itself has always permitted escapism, but the question is how one chooses to--for each choice holds a different consequence.

Audiences are invited to embrace the uneasiness that is embedded in fear, excitement, and embarrassment, as your mind wanders and navigates through each installation.

What we would like to convey is that those buried memories and experiences that you are afraid to confront are things we are able to intuitively understand and have experienced in the past.
