Designing for Equity: Understanding what an equitable GT program should look like

How to Leverage Data to Build an Equitable Program Learn how to examine both your qualitative and quantitative data to shape an equitable identification and assessment process, and then to provide a culturally affirming GT experience for all students.

Collaborating With Parents Who May Inherently Distrust the Institution Learn how to build relationships with marginalized families to better meet the needs of your GT students from underserved backgrounds.
