Event description

Description

Imagine a world where leadership comes with respect, creativity, and mutual results. A world where power is defined by how much a person uplifts her community, rather than by how much her community can uplift her.

What if you could become strong enough in your truth and integrity that you could lead and contribute to a greater cause simply by asserting yourself? Your. Self.

Because they are nomadic prey animals, living in herds – oftentimes in harsh environments – horses have an incredible innate sensitivity to he energy in their field, and to the social dynamics in their group. Over thousands of years, they have created fluid social dynamics and leadership elements that embrace and serve the collective. We can learn from their experience and their way of being.

As the world of power and leadership shifts, horses become sage-like allies in helping humans rediscover the power in partnership, the trust in truth, and the belief in the power of the collective.

Join Equine-Facilitated Leadership Coach, Jesse Johnson, for a fun and exhilarating experiential workshop with some of Oregon’s own adopted wild Mustangs.

You will partner with horses to illuminate blocks to your leadership potential. Bring footwear and clothing that doesn’t mind getting dirty because this is hands-on learning like no other!

This workshop will help you learn how to create mutual respect and power from integrity, develop trust in your intuitive leadership skills, and increase your capacity for creativity and spontaneity.

This workshop is offered by donation only for a fee of $25 to registered attendees of the Superwoman Summit. Please RSVP to save your spot. Space is limited and demand for this workshop is high, so please only RSVP if you intend to make this event. If you decide that you cannot make it, please contact us and let us know so that we can give your seat to someone else. 100% of the donations go towards taking care of the amazing Mustangs at Wild Horse Mountain Ranch!
