EQ 101: Unlock the promise of workplace diversity

EQ Labs has adopted a novel, science-based approach to improving workplace equity. We help managers become aware of the ways their own cognitive biases are impacting their teams, debunk some common myths, and provide a hands-on experience of working with specific strategies. This 3.5 hour session will include presentations, hands-on exercises, and preview access to EQ Labs’ “Nudge” software tools.

EQ Labs was founded by Joshua McKenty, a serial entrepreneur and former NASA Chief Cloud Architect. He is a sought-after international public speaker who has delivered training in three continents over the past two decades. Other presenters will be announced before the event. This curriculum was developed in partnership with the EQ Labs Advisory Board, which includes perspectives from across academia, the corporate world and the equity and inclusion space, and representation from different gender identities, ethnic backgrounds and sexual orientations.
