About this event
An exclusive five course dinner event featuring our talented culinarian Chef Mo Jalil.
Classically trained at the Notre Dame Culinary School in Jerusalem and the Cordon Bleu in France, Mo Jalil has been honing his craft for nearly forty years. His creative fusion of international cuisines is the result of a career that spans Asian, Europe, Africa and the United States. From the Five-Star American Colony Hotel in Jerusalem, to the Maxwell House in New York, to the Connecticut Shoreline, Mo has worked and trained with the best. Before joining the Madison Beach Hotel as Banquet Chef, he served as Executive Production Chef for Connecticut’s leading catering company. Mo’s cuisine is recognized not only for flavor, but also for creative presentation.
Each course will be paired with a selected wine. The evening begins with a welcome reception followed by a three course dinner inside overlooking the Long Island Sound. The evening concludes with exquisite dessert.
