Chef Gonzalo Rivera
Chef Rivera is known for his creative international tastes which makes him the perfect choice for Executive Chef from El San Juan Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton. His classical training and Mexican heritage under the expert tutelage of renowned Chef Michael Mina create a Modern Caribbean coastal fare as delicious as it is diverse. Fine food isn’t enough for Chef Rivera, his cuisine also reflects the diversity that makes the world such an exciting place.

Chef Sean Carney
Chef Carney has earned a reputation for unique, contemporary twists on classic dishes. A master of smoking and braising meats, Chef Carney uses local ingredients in unorthodox manners to uncover traditional favorites in exciting new ways. The Wharf gives this up and coming Chef the chance to come home to Madison
where his career started and the opportunity to put his unique spin on the classics using locally sourced seafood.

Chef Brian McBride
Chef Brian McBride’s culinary journey has taken him from Newark, NJ to nearby Providence and Cambridge and as far as London, Mexico, Dubai and Zurich. Trained in traditional French Cuisine and authentic Mexican, creator of the world-renowned Blue Duck Tavern in Washington, D.C., Chef McBride currently resides as Partner-Chef at Siren at the Darcy in D.C., along-side his close friend and fellow Chef Robert Wiedmaier. At Siren, their seasonally grounded menu focuses on seafood reeled in from the world’s waterways.
