EPIC at Work Business Conference is a power-packed, Kingdom-based business conference for people in the workplace who want to be world changers – entrepreneurs, business owners, business leaders, and visionaries. We are called to ignite a movement to transform and disrupt the status quo of traditional business culture. Lasting societal transformation can only occur when it is rooted in personal transformation, understanding who you are, what you are called to do, and how you are to impact the lives of others—in short, manifesting the Kingdom of Heaven, personally and in business.

Email addresses provided during the ticking process will be shared with EPIC at Work, Inc. the organizer of this event. Any communication you may receive from EPIC at Work, Inc. will include an option to be removed from all future communications by sending your request to talita@epicatwork.com.
What's the refund policy?
Registrations will be not be refunded after the first conference session. Requests for registration cancellations MUST be received in writing prior to the start of the conference. Please contact talita@epicatwork.com if you have questions.

Bio: President of the Board for At Work on Purpose. He also leads a business consultancy called SKILLSOURCE, and is an advisory board member for Self Sustaining Enterprises, specializing in BIZNISTRY. Chuck holds a degree in organizational development from Harvard University and has served in general management at Procter & Gamble, the Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery, and LensCrafters Corporation. Chuck also recognized the need for a vibrant workplace ministry community restoring Christian commitment and contribution to the work world. He is also an ordained pastor, serves as an elder at Grace Chapel in Mason, Ohio, and is the author of Citywide Workplace Ministry in a Box. An international speaker and teacher, Chuck has been quoted, interviewed, profiled, and published in print and digital media, radio, and television, across the U.S. and overseas.

Thomas Lee Johnson: CEO & Founder of Agile Immersive, Author, Public Speaker.
Topic: Global Influence Forged In Sacred Fire
Bio: Thomas Lee “TJ” Johnson was born in 1973 and raised in the Washington, D.C. region, and graduated as Valedictorian from the International Baccalaureate Program of Richard Montgomery High School in 1991. That same year, TJ attended the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado and graduated in 1995. In 1996, the Central Intelligence Agency selected him for a Fellowship at the Air Force Institute of Technology, where TJ wrote a Master’s Thesis on the Commercialization of Space Transportation Technology. His prescient 1998 conclusions included the prediction that the X Prize would significantly drive down the cost of payload to orbit. TJ went on to work at the National Reconnaissance Office where he built spy satellites and earned the Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Air Force Organizational Excellence Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal, and the National Defense Service Medal. TJ escaped near death at the Pentagon on 9/11 and went on to found Agile Immersive.
TJ founded Agile Immersive because he wanted to bring his passion for authenticity and transformation from stale thinking to visionary ideas to the Forbes Global 2000. TJ has had the privilege of coaching the Financial Services Sector and Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Industry CEOs, President’s, Executive Vice Presidents, and executive teams for a decade. His impact on those leaders and their businesses has been far-reaching. In 2016, he helped The University of Texas at Arlington Research Institute (UTARI) reimagine its ground-breaking Traumatic Brain Injury go to market strategy, in 2019, he helped MetLife resolve a $500M pensions payment challenge, in 2020 he helped medical technology firm eSolutions re-orchestrate its infrastructure for 41% gains in efficiency during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In his spare time, TJ is an avid motorsports enthusiast and screenwriter. His movie script, Albert & Paul, won the 2019, national Frank Silvestra Workshop Award, and his writing career is managed by Living Hope Co. TJ is married to Amanda Bradley Johnson and they have three sons, Tyran Alexander, Ezra Bradley, and Elijah Thomas.

Bio: Cheryl Tuning is the Chief Marketing Officer for Easterseals UCP North Carolina & Virginia (ESUCP). As part of the organization’s executive leadership team, she is responsible for upholding the ESUCP brand and bringing its marketing strategies to life. As CMO, Cheryl is also responsible for communications, fundraising, and the agency’s social media presence. She is both innovative and entrepreneurial, with a reputation for building meaningful relationships, exceeding expectations, and most importantly, identifying and developing great Marketing talent. Cheryl and her team have the privilege of working directly with ESUCP’s frontline programs in accelerating a playbook of marketing plans that promote the agency’s purpose of helping individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges live their best life.“Impact is one of my favorite words. Bio: Mike Frank lives in Omaha Nebraska with his wife Robbie. They have been married for over 44 years. Mike was a high-level executive with General Mills, PepsiCo, and Walt Disney Company for the first half of his career. He then helped build MFS Communications and then became a co-founder of Level 3 Communications. From 2009 to 2016 Mike and Robbie lived in Redding California where Mike completed his book Prosperity with Purpose and founded the Shasta Angels Group for Entrepreneurs. Today Mike is the chairman of the GTA Development Fund in Hawaii where they make Hawaii-centric movies. Mike has also served as a Board member for various for-profit and nonprofit organizations including being the first president of The Hope Center for Kids for the first several years of its existence. Mike’s an avid reader, golfer and outdoorsman, and community leader.
Bruce Nelson: Former CEO as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Office Depot.
Topic: You Can Only Produce What You Are
Bio: Bruce Nelson served as Chief Executive Officer of Office Depot from July 2000 to October 2004 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2001 to 2004. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Office Depot from August 1998 to October 2004. Prior to joining Office Depot, Bruce spent over 35 years in the global Office Products industry in a number of senior management and leadership positions.
Since his retirement from Office Depot, Bruce has served on both nonprofit and privately held company boards. He is actively engaged in Reverence Farms, a 1st generation family-owned and operated 400-acre diversified dairy and livestock and farm in Saxapahaw, NC.
Bruce graduated from Idaho State University in1968 with a Bachelor of Science degree and double majored in accounting and economics. In 1985 he attended Stanford University’s Executive Program. He has been married for over 56 years to his wife LaVaun. They have two adult children, a son-in-law and a granddaughter who are all engaged in Reverence Farms.
Bruce is now devoting his life to serving Jesus Christ and spreading the good news of the Gospel. He is currently enrolled in Dominion Bible Institute, pursuing a two-year online degree in Ministry.

Bio: President and Lead Copywriter at Mellonaid, an analytical + creative-driven agency in Raleigh, North Carolina. At Mellonaid, Laura helps clients capture and create their brand’s story while encompassing the full spectrum of all its touch points: identity, collateral materials, advertising, marketing, user experience, web design and interactive media.
Out of the office, Laura also teaches, writes curriculum, public speaks and enjoys spending time with her family.

Jes has worked with Fortune 500 companies and public sector organizations on the principles of transformational leadership, self-discovery, and the art of reinvention.
Jes is a midwestern girl (Go Buckeyes!), fourth-generation entrepreneur, and Mom of a six-foot, five-inch teenage boy and bulldog named Roscoe.
