About this event
Celebrate Black History Month with EPACENTER as we host the first of our monthly community events series.
Join us on Friday, February 3, for soul food, art, and music.
From 6:00 - 6:30 pm, we will be hosting a Circle Time Children's Book Reading. Come enjoy soul food desserts like Pecan Pie, Peach Cobbler, and Sweet Potato Pie baked by EPACENTER resident chef and culinary arts instructor Alaun Grimaud.
From 6:30 - 7:30 pm, join EPACENTER master percussionist and Grammy-award nominated instructor James Henry for an interactive journey through African drums from around the world.
