Presenter: Bernard Ramos, Director of Evaluations
Bernard has worked in international education for 10 years. He has presented at regional and national conferences, and has conducted credential training workshops for numerous institutions over the years. Bernard has worked to develop EP into a resource for international students and institutions alike, helping admissions offices develop highly reliable practices in credential evaluation. Having previously lived in the Philippines, France and Switzerland, Bernard is fluent in Tagalog and English, proficient in French and some German. Though trained on all systems of education, Bernard has developed strong interests in educational credentials from France, Francophone Africa, East and Southeast Asia. He received his Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from DePaul University and completed a Research Diploma on the EU Framework at Institut D'Etudes Politiques de Paris.
