EOCCO Provider Forum on Chronic Non-cancer Pain Management in Ontario, OR

Coming winter and spring 2017, the Eastern Oregon Coordinated Care Organization (EOCCO) will be offering Provider and Community Forums on chronic, non-cancer pain management and alternative treatment options in four communities throughout eastern Oregon- Hermiston, Pendleton, La Grande, and Ontario.
Each Provider Forum will have the same agenda, and will offer complimentary Continuing Medical Education credits and refreshments.
The Provider Forums are intended for MDs, DOs, PAs, and NPs.
