EOCCO Buprenorphine Waiver/PCSS-MAT Training in Ontario, OR- May 13, 2017

On Saturday, May 13th from 8:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m., the Eastern Oregon Coordinated Care Organization (EOCCO), with support from the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry*, is offering PCSS-MAT Waiver Training that enables a physician to obtain a Drug Enforcement Agent (DEA) waiver to prescribe buprenorphine products for opioid dependence. There is no cost for providers to attend the training. The first half of the training will occur online and the second half will occur in-person.

This course will educate attendees on the use of buprenorphine and other treatments for substance abuse and alcoholism. The use of buprenorphine in pain management will also be addressed.
