Avoid Legal Risk from Your Employees! from 6-9pm - Employee Attorney, Joel Greenwald, takes us through the many changing legal issues that CEOs may encounter with their employees.

• The first part of the session will be an interactive workshop on how to tactically document and discipline your employees to better position your company should you be sued for wrongful termination.

• The second part of the session will be an interactive overview and Q & A on other key issues within the ever changing universe of employment and labor law including, but not limited to, exploring the validity of non-compete agreements, overtime liability and understanding other recent major changes in the law.

Along with EO Global and the rest of the EO chapters all over the world, we have been keeping ourselves updated as the COVID-19 situation evolves. Every day we receive reports and new developments, however, our top priority is the health and well-being of our chapter members, speakers, and guests on our upcoming events.

With that being said, we regret to cancel our April 7th event due to the COVID-19 situation. Please stay informed about the impact of the coronavirus around the world as it is vital to ensure your safety and well-being. In addition to your local public health officials and local authorities, be sure to follow the: World Health Organization (WHO) which includes up-to-date guidance for gathering safely.

This is a challenging time but remember that when this global outbreak recedes, we will all come out stronger than ever.
