Classroom management has never been easier.

Pick up new management skills and refine those you already have.

About the program:

Looking for EASY and PRACTICAL behavior management strategies? Learn how to use over 10 patterns of nonverbal communication that really work! These skills preserve the most powerful leverage point of educators: relationships. Learn why nonverbal strategies are even more effective than verbal management. Educators love ENVoY because the strategies create an atmosphere where less time is spent on management and more time is spent learning.

Course Objectives:

The non-verbal communication skills offered in this training will positively influence the single most powerful leverage point in education – the teacher-student relationship. Teachers who systematically utilize the full range of non-verbal management skills are better able to reinforce consistent and fair parameters while preserving their relationship with each student, regardless of unique learning styles or cultural backgrounds.

Benefits:

  • Teachers will have less stress and more energy
  • Teachers will establish and preserve positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues
  • Students will become more productive and spend more time on task
  • Students will become self-directed and responsible for their learning

Cost: $50 for WCC members, $125 for non-WCC members (Book included… $33 value)

*Tickets are labeled as free, but districts or other entities will be invoiced by the WESD.

About the instructor:

Rachel Babbs, M.E.D., a Michael Grinder Associate, ENVoY trainer, mentor, and classroom coach, has been an educator for more than 25 years. Her passion, enthusiasm, humor and knowledge give participants an unforgettable learning experience. Through lecture, demonstration, and role play (simulation), teachers come away from Rachel’s courses with powerful non-verbal strategies that enable teachers to decrease time spent managing students and more time teaching.
