About Jeanie Baker

I am Jeanie Baker. For a long time, I lived an uninspired life that felt like it was not my own. Traumatic experiences with sexual abuse, grief, limiting beliefs and self-judgment affected the way I perceived my worthiness in the world. I was stagnant and stuck in that life until one day during a yoga class in 2002, I felt an explosion in my heart that scared the shit out of me - in the best way possible.

I felt so empowered that even without a clue as to what I was doing, I started a journey of rediscovering myself and reconnecting with my soul. And for over 20 years, I’ve been committed to living intentionally and practicing daily embodiment. I believe life is this beautiful spiral of feeling, healing, changing perspective, forgiveness and transformation.

I support and empower others to heal emotional imprints, and transform them into empowerment to live a life that is AUTHENTIC and UNIQUE to them. This is my muthaa fuckin JAM - and I’m here to support you as you invite a dance with your human and spirit and expand your self expression into alignment with your highest vibration.

I lived in Costa Rica for 7 years and recently moved to St. Petersburg, Florida after asking to be spiritually guided to my physical place in the US of A. I am grateful to connect to this community and to support you to transform your life from the inside-out!
