Serge Seguin is a French-American entrepreneur established in the US for nearly 40 years. He started his entrepreneurship career by importing the famed "mobylette" and creating Motobecane USA in 1975. He went on to create a number of companies focused on the Defense and Security market, which are now federated under the " A Safer World Group" of which Mr Seguin is the Chairman.

Thomas Ferre is an alumni of "Arts et Métier Paris-Tech". After a successful career in the consulting and finance industry, he founded TOMI OTEE LLc, a leading sustainable fabrics golf apparel company that won the French American 2011 Entrepreneurship Award.

Alexandre Winter, a 1994 graduate of Telecom-Paris, is a high-tech entrepreneur who recently started Placemeter, a stealth mode start-up operating in the field of smart sensors and in-house traffic analysis. Prior to Placemeter,  he co-founded, developed and successfully sold LTU technologies, a computer software company specialized in image recognition and analysis.

Francois Janson is a senior counsel in the Business Law Group of Holland of Knight LLP. A graduate of Sciences-Po, his practice focuses on cross-border merger and acquisitions and capital market transactions. Francois frequently works with European and Canadian businesses and entrepreneurs in connection with their operations or investments in the US.
