People are the foundation of an awesome startup. Many investors and entrepreneurs will tell you that people are more important than the product, market, or business model.
This is the second of an eight week course on how to build a successful startup. We will cover critical issues in putting together an awesome team:
* Finding and choosing co-founders
* Founders agreements
* Splitting equity
* Attracting supporters
* Stock options and compensation for employees/independent contractors
* Creating your company's culture
This session will be highly interactive, with an activity for participants to get to know each other, an exercise in team formation, and plenty of opportunity for discussion.
You will come away knowing what you need to think about and do to get the right people for your new venture.
You can still sign up for the remaining seven weeks for the special rate of $245. Please send a message to email@example.com for the promo code.
