Week 1:
The Business Model
In week one you will learn how to review your current business model, or develop a new one. Some essential ingredients for a successful business model are a good executive summary, a market analysis, pricing and monetization strategy, and more. We will introduce you to these concepts while utilizing tools such as “The Business Model Canvas” and “The Hooked Model”.

Week 2:
The Product Genesis
It’s a long way from an idea to a launched product. In week two, you analyze the state of your project/company, categorize it and walk through the stages of the product Launch. You will learn how to analyze your product stage, identify design criteria, how to define he technical implementation and prototyping, how to alpha / beta test and finally how to launch your product.

Week 3:
The Growth
A great product is worth very little if nobody knows about it. Week 3 will focus on growing your customer base, sales and marketing. You will learn about a multitude of digital marketing tactic, how to build a repeatable sales model and the associated sales funnels.

Week 4:
The Cheddar:
In order to keep your business alive and well for a long time to come, you need a stellar Capitalization Table (Cap-Table). During the fourth week you will learn what a cap table is, how to create and manage one, and what the different financing strategies are you can employ in you cap table. This somewhat abstract topic will touch on a multitude of important fields. Ranging from Raising funds, Managing Co-Founder expectations, hiring early employees, Issuing Options, all the way to your exit strategy.

Week 5:
The Culture, the Team and the Leader
To set your company up for long term success, it is imperative to create an energizing and compelling culture. You will learn to define a strong Vision and Mission for your company, what it means to be a great leader and the associated psychology and how to hire great employees which fit your company and the culture you are trying to build. Cross-functionality and Integrated Thinking of an Entrepreneur.
