Description

Enterprise Ops - Agile and Beyond

Enterprise Ops is a new approach to digital transformation that is a company wide operationalised approach to agile design, development and innovation. This new framework incorporates emergent practices featuring ResearchOps, DesignOps, DevOps and BizOps used by the world's leading digital companies.

  • Are you involved in digital transformation?

  • Is your team trying to be lean and use agile approaches?

  • Are you trying to align divergent approaches to design and development?

  • Is the end-user at the centre of your development methodology for your product?

  • Do you have a shared language and tools that enable you to collaborate at speed using agile methods?

  • Are you shifting from Teams to Tribes and creating a one-team culture?

Coders love to code, designers to design and the business needs to innovate. How do we develop a common language and shared set of activities and tools that deliver innovation and transformation quickly?

Measure, review, pursue or pivot? Performance metrics are not just measured in KPIs or tickets completed but in customer engagement and satisfaction.

Why do this course

In this short and intense course you will learn how to go beyond agile and how to incorporate 'EnterpriseOps' as part of a collaborative and agile approach using shared tool-chains that are essential for delivering great user experiences in the outcome economy.

Learn how to harmonise ResearchOps, DesignOps, DevOps and BizOps to enable your agile tribes to work at speed and share a common understanding and set of practices that incorporate design thinking, user centred design, service design, UX and rapid development and deployment using an iterative approach that is focused on outcomes.
