Event Details:

Part 1: The Outside-In View

Any content journey starts with understanding, so we’ll talk through common challenges like content debt, disjointed processes, and off-brand content. We’ll talk through aligning business and content goals, and work through foundational Design Thinking activities to ensure a solid foundation of audience needs.

Part 2: The Inside-Out View

Once you’ve got a direction, forming a plan of understanding and alignment is critical. We’ll practice the development of a cohesive plan and discuss how to work best with a diverse group of stakeholders to lead to a broader buy-in.

Part 3: Scaling and Sustaining

Beyond an initial site launch or rebrand, ensuring that content remains fresh and relevant is a real challenge. We’ll workshop through two key ideas: understanding how to establish and staff content teams, and laddering that work into defining a clear governance plan.
