About this event
Female Founders/business owners of Co Clare and surrounding counties - join us for an evening of connection, collaboration, chat, laughter and learning, on Thursday 26th June at 6pm at Taylors Bar Ennis.
The evening will include a refreshing and empowering session with Nutritionist and Body Image Coach Aoife O Brien who will share how to eat in a balanced way that supports both your body and mind, without guilt or pressure. You will learn how to feel good in your own skin, enjoy food without overthinking it, and confidently show up as your full self. This summer, give yourself permission to feel good— in your body, your clothes, and your choices.

Fiona Brennan, Business Success Coach & PM Consultant
After 16 years working as a construction project manager for corporate, Fiona set up her own business in freelance project management. This led her to studying coaching for her own development as a business owner and seeing the massive benefits of this, set up her own coaching business “Inspire Action Success”. Fiona helps service based business owners grow their business to next levels with ease using her unique project management & coaching based frameworks.
Tanya Ranalow
Since completing the Ballymaloe cookery course in 2012, Tanya has focused on vegetarian whole food cooking. Along with co-founding “Retreat Yourself – The Yogo & Food Experience”, Tanya works as a freelance private chef. Healthy nutritious seasonal delicious food is the core of her food ethos.
Claire Commane
With over 20 years’ experience focusing on customer care, administration, payroll, accounting support and logistics in various industries, in 2021 Claire decided to leave her steady job in a large corporation and use her expertise to become a Virtual Assistant,
specializing in admin and accounting support for small businesses.
Guest Speaker: Aoife O'Brien
Aoife is a Nutritionist (MSc), Health Promotion Practitioner (BSc) and Body Image Coach with a specialist interest in disordered eating. Through AOB Coaching she helps women develop a balanced, relaxed and healthy relationship with food and their bodies.
Her work empowers women to find balance from the whole spectrum of eating distress including, rigid nutrition, restriction, overeating, emotional eating and binge eating. Through her practice she offers 1:1 compassionate and personalised care, as well as group workshops, retreats and talks for schools, community groups and businesses with a focus on nutrition, health and wellbeing.
