The period from Thanksgiving to New Year's Day can be merry. It can also include stress, with many seasonal activities added to your already full schedule. Join me for a fun and encouraging group coaching experience designed to help you:
- Determine what holiday rituals you do because you think you should versus you want to.
- Manage family overload
- Feel delighted throughout the holidays
You will receive:
- Three 60-minute weekly phone calls with a certified, professional coach
- Support from your fellow participants (only first names will be used)
- Tools to help you create your enJOYable holiday.
