Enhancing Creativity Through Mindfulness: Using Multi-Sensory Experiences to Teach Children (all ages)

Saturday, May 18, (9:00 AM – noon) *Note morning time

Discover how to help children focus, create and learn through multi-sensoryactivities. Mindfulness helps reduce stress, enhances interpersonal skills and improves concentration.  Helping children understand their emotions increases their ability to make better choices, rather than habitually reacting. Mindfulness will be explored through a series of hands-on activities, including creative writing and art.

Carla Brooke, M.A.
