1-Day Engineering (e)PBL

Teacher Professional Development

What is it?

The ePBL devXperience leverages an experiential model that immerses teachers in an interactive engineering PBL experience strategically designed to help teachers develop an engineering mindset in their classroom. The innovative PD is the result of a pertnership between the American Society for Engineering Education and devX PD.

Who is it for?

The ePBL devXperience is for all teachers. Harnessing the power of inquiry-based learning, it has been delivered to teachers from kindergarten through 12th grade and across all content areas.

What do you get?

Teachers work through a specially designed ePBL unit to help them create a lesson that incorporates engineering in a way that is tailored to their classroom and their content.

What is the value?

Not only do teachers leave with a ready to implement lesson plan, the devXperience is also strategically designed to identify key factors so that teachers can rework their other lessons to incorporate this evidence-based teaching strategy throughout their curriculum.
