Engineering Focus Weekend for Sophomores at ASMSA - January 13-14, 2017
Engineering Focus Weekend
Friday, January 13th and Saturday, January 14th
As an Arkansas high school sophomore (with at least a 3.25 GPA), you’re invited to stay overnight in the ASMSA Student Center in Hot Springs as a guest of one of our student Community Leaders.
Only prospective students will be allowed to stay overnight on campus. Family members will need to make their own arrangements.
Make plans to arrive between 5pm-7pm on Friday and stay through breakfast on Saturday morning.
Students will start their Saturday with a two-hour engineering activity hosted by faculty member Shane Thompson (from 9-11am) before meeting up with their family members for an admissions presentation, campus tour, and lunch in the ASMSA Dophin Bay Cafe. Lunch will be provided at no cost to all family members.
All activities are scheduled to conclude by 1 pm.
Qualifications: You must currently be a sophomore in an Arkansas high school, have at least a 3.25 GPA, and sign up for only 1 focus weekend.
What to bring:

There is no charge to attend, but space is limited!
Follow these steps to get registered:
