About this Event

What is an Engineering Explorer Post?

The Entech Engineering Explorer Post is a great way for young boys and girls to find out first-hand what real engineers do, through hands-on activities and demonstrations, to decide if engineering is a career they may want to pursue.

Who can participate?

The Explorer Post is open to all students 14-20. Parents are also welcomed and encouraged to stay for meetings.

How often does the exploring post meet?

Our posts meet monthly starting in the fall through late spring for 1.5 hours. Each meeting will cover a different facet of engineering, through hands-on actives, tours, discussions, and presentations. See the schedules below.

Is there a cost?

Yes. Exploring is a branch of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA). To participate in a post, you must be a member of the BSA, which costs $40. Entech Engineering does not charge any additional fees.
