Do your virtual meetings suck? Do you want to beat Zoom Fatigue? Do you want to host the most engaging virtual meetings?
It’s over a year after pandemic and our research shows that ENGAGEMENT is still the #1 problem on virtual meetings.
Hi, I'm John Chen, the author of Engaging Virtual Meetings. What YOU need is the Engaging Virtual Meetings Conference 2.0: The Next Level. The Engaging Virtual Meetings Conference 2.0 is a 5-day conference with 9 of the world’s experts on hosting virtual meetings.
Click the video to learn more!
UPGRADE TO VIP
Engaging Virtual Meetings is like a live concert.
Do you want to listen to your concert from the back of the parking lot?
OR do you want to be in the FRONT ROW!!!
Click the video to find out why you must upgrade to VIP!
Discover Your Next Level
When Chris Houston contacted me early pandemic last year, he shared he’s one of the top in person executive facilitators in the world, but he had no idea what to do in a pandemic. After he attended the Engaging Virtual Meetings Conference 1.0, he discovered how much can be done, AND EVEN MORE! He helped lead an engaging and valuable world-wide company retreat with attendees from the US, London, and India. This retreat changed the company’s strategy and proved way more value than NOT doing it.
VIP = FRONT ROW!
That’s the value you’re going to get when you register now for the Engaging Virtual Meetings Conference 2.0. This conference is so engaging, so valuable, so fun, like a live concert! Now how do you like to experience your concert? Would you want to be outside the stadium, listening from the parking lot? OR would you rather be in the FRONT ROW???
The VIP pass is YOUR FRONT ROW ticket to this conference! Instead of watching the livestream on Facebook which is like listening to your favorite concert in the parking lot, you’ll be logged into Zoom with access to each of the experts which is like the FRONT ROW! Normally this ticket is $600, but right now it’s 50% off if you have a discount code from any one of our experts. I know, pay for a virtual conference? Why? What does $297 get you?
Well remember you don’t have to upgrade to VIP now. But if you did, you would get:
The Engaging Virtual Meetings VIP ToolBox
This box comes with the Engaging Virtual Meetings Library of books to help your virtual meetings including an autographed copy of Engaging Virtual Meetings just for you. You’ll also get the Engaging Virtual Meetings Toolkit, over 20 items you can use over and over again to create engagement in your meetings. The box itself is an engaging activity we’ll do at the conference! This box is the MODEL for you if you host virtual conferences! The box is valued at over $100.
This is more than a conference, this is a COMMUNITY!
You’ll get access to the Engaging Virtual Meetings VIP Community. You’ll be invited to exclusive trainings and networking before the conference and up to a year after the conference. This community is KEY to getting your up-to-the minute questions answered and saving hundreds of hours in the upcoming year. Just one solution is valued at over $1,000.
Tony Robbins once said Proximity is Power!
You’ll get proximity to the 9 virtual masters. Each master is highly skilled in what they do and wants to help you solve your problems. You’ll learn what each master is providing and find exclusive ways to share that knowledge to help elevate your virtual meetings. Tyler Parris, last year’s attendee and Chief of Staff Expert says, “Last year was junior high, this year is high school” Elevating your game through proximity with these experts is worth well over $10,000.
MOST OF ALL, this conference can change EVERYTHING for you!
Unlike a motivational conference, the Engaging Virtual Meetings conference has business value. Participants have said this completely changed how they virtually meet. Salespeople have said how much MORE EFFICIENT they are at their job now. Registering now gives YOU the TOOLSET of delivery. This will immensely improve your daily life. One person even said (CLICK), “I may NEVER have to get on a plane again!” I can personally tell you that these skills helped ME sell over a quarter of a million dollars in the past year.
Now ask yourself, how much is $297? It’s just $24.75/month. That’s less than 5 lattes per month. That’s less than one meal out per month. It’s less than a tank of gas per month.
In fact, I’m going to give you the option to pay just $24.75/month for 12 months if that makes it easier for you!
I want to personally invite you to our Engaging Virtual Meetings VIP Community. I’ll guarantee it will improve your virtual meetings or your money back. Hey look, I can’t make vaccines, but I CAN help YOU make your virtual meeting MORE ENGAGING.
Don’t miss out, click now!
Register and join me at the Engaging Virtual Meetings Conference 2.0, October 19th through the 23rd and let’s take your next virtual meeting to the next level!

Tuesday, October 19th, 2021, 10:00am - Michelle Cummings, Connection Before Content – 10 Virtual Icebreakers You Can Use Right Away
You probably already know that converting regular activities into virtual activities isn’t as simple as just finding an online meeting room to use. There are many additional things to consider and it requires some creativity, re-imagining and redesigning, all while keeping the integrity of the program intact.
In the virtual world, it’s even more critical to help keep people connected when individuals may feel more isolated and less a part of your team. Reserving a mere ten minutes at the beginning of your sessions can help reduce any barriers that may be between people, create more empathy and understanding of others behaviors and help clarify the sense of purpose for those that you share a workspace with. Leaders who are able to be vulnerable with their teams and share some of their failures helps make them more approachable and relatable. Creating time and space for Connection Before Content will strengthen your teams in ways you cannot even imagine.
This workshop will focus on essential virtual facilitation skills, and creative tips and tricks to make your virtual sessions be more fun and engaging.
1. Learn multiple virtual icebreaker activities you can implement immediately.
2. Understand the importance of Connection Before Content and how it helps teams.
3. Learn tips and tricks for different ways to keep participants engaged in a virtual setting.

Tuesday, October 19th, 2021, 12:00pm – Jan Keck – Connection By Design – Authentic Connections Don’t Happen By Accident Online
In a time when we need human connection more than ever - it seems that regular, unfacilitated Zoom calls won't solve the problem of feeling disconnected, isolated and alone.
The workplaces that have gone remote have changed the way we interact with each other:• We don't have more watercooler conversations• We aren't hanging out with others over lunch or after work• We don't bump into each other in the hallways
In teaching over hundreds of experience designers, trainers and facilitators I have learned one important detail about gathering groups online:
Authentic connections don't just happen by accident online - we need to design them.
In this interactive session you'll experience and learn how to:• Design Opportunities for Genuine Connection in your Zoom Meetings• Engage your Participants even if they suffer from Zoom Fatigue• Get close to 100% of attendees to turn ON their video (without begging)

Friday, October 22nd, 2021, 10:00am – Monica Cornetti, Best Practices for Implementing Gamification for Virtual Meetings – Serious Play
It seems obvious why children like to play games for learning, and for most, learning stopped feeling like play, and being fun, by about third grade.
For the adult learner there are compelling reasons why we gravitate to learning experiences that are fun and playful. The element of fun often helps to reduce what in other circumstances might be perceived as threatening and gives learners the opportunity to experiment with rules, emotions, and social roles. They get to make mistakes, get immediate feedback, and try alternatives.
And here is where gamification enters in. Not just another shiny object, well designed gamification IMPROVES learning outcomes. Unfortunately, many people think that gamification involves coding or making a computer or a video game. Because of this confusion, combined with a lack of real-life case studies of gamification successfully applied to learning programs, most do not understand how to deconstruct games to effectively drive the learning and behavior they want or need.
In this featured session, using case studies from real-life programs, you’ll learn
• how and why gamification works
• in what context gamification is most effective
• the limits to this approach of employee engagement in corporate compliance and training programs
Through hands-on application combined with anecdotal and empirical data, you will experience the good, the bad, and the ugly of gamification strategy design.
Join us in exploring why Gamification is a powerful method to support engagement and skill development in virtual meetings and adult learning programs.
Monica Cornetti works with individuals and organizations who want to learn how to think playfully to achieve uncommon results.
A gamification speaker and designer, Monica was repeatedly rated #1 among the “Gamification Gurus Power 100” by RISE from 2015-2020, and this year was recognized as #1 in the Most Influential Women in Gamification who have created a legitimate impact in the gamification industry.
Monica is the President of Sententia, Inc. and leads the company’s education and design projects at Sententia Gamification. She is also the Gamemaster of GamiCon (the annual international conference for the gamification of learning) and Head of Faculty at the Gamification Academy.
She is the author of the books Lipstick Lessons, What Were You Thinking?, Totally Awesome Training Activities Guide: Put Gamification to Work for You, and co-author of Deliberate Fun: A Purposeful Application of Game Mechanics to Learning Experiences.
She is a graduate of Seton Hill with a BA in psychology, and The University of Houston-Victoria where she earned a Master’s Degree in Economic Development and Entrepreneurship.
Monica is hired for her skill as a gamification speaker and strategist and is considered at the top of her field in gamification design for corporate training and adult education.
When she is not busy changing learning with gamification, Monica can be found “researching” gameplay with her grandchildren.

Friday, October 22nd, 2021, 12:00pm – John Lombardo, Virtual Team Building Through Music – And The Premiere Of The Engaging Virtual Meetings Anthem
With 85% of the world’s leading companies supporting telecommuting [source: Fortune], team building is more important now than ever before. But, getting your teams together for team building experiences is not always feasible or cost effective. Our Remote Team Anthem addresses these challenges by engaging your teams in an interactive songwriting session, all conducted virtually using a secure online meeting platform.
This music-fueled program enables you to convey key messaging and core values to your team members worldwide, live and in the moment, and best of all, together. Each online session is led by the same world-class musicians you’ll find at SongDivision’s live events, who have worked with international stars like Prince, Cher, Drake, Katy Perry and more!
You decide who should attend, send out an invite, and just like that, we’re creating an original song together, online! Once your team is logged in, our musicians run the show, entertaining your people and guiding the group through chord selection and collaborative lyric writing, which centers on your team’s purpose. No musical experience is required.
Lyrical ideas are submitted using the platform’s messaging features and are arranged by our musicians into a final song, which is performed with the group live, on-screen! An .mp3 version of the song is later recorded for you to share with attendees. Or, for an even bigger impact, a full studio version (e.g. full instrumentation, vocals and production) can be recorded for an additional fee.
Unite your teams, remotely, using music!
A vocalist and MC with 30 years in the music industry, John has fronted bands of all genres on three continents. As a talented songwriter, he earned a contract with Warner/Chappel Music and has written with The Smashing Pumpkins and Toad the Wet Sprocket. John has toured with the likes of Soundgarden, Nirvana and the Gin Blossoms and, for the last nine years, he’s been the lead singer of the band “Vegas Limit” that plays at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. During their tenure, they have hosted the B-52s, Kid Rock, No Doubt and members of Cheap Trick and Maroon 5. In addition to his musical background, John possesses a solid understanding of business and has worked with Fortune 500 companies including Dish Network and Microsoft, engaging audiences while helping communicate brand messages and building corporate culture.
