About the Presenter Matt Lehrman

From a 20+ year career in nonprofit management largely focused on audience development for arts & cultural organizations, Matt Lehrman established Audience Avenue LLC to cultivate competencies in loyalty and audience/customer/donor engagement, throughout the nonprofit sector. In addition, as a management consultant, Matt Lehrman takes on projects in customer service design, strategic planning, and large-scale civic engagement.
