An Invitation To Engage Your Senses..

A dinner showcasing Ayurveda and Raw Foods

You are invited to savor a divinely inspired, 4 course delectable vegetarian menu designed and prepared by Nalini Mehta, founder of Route To India and an Ayurveda Cooking Instructor in association with Executive Chef Vittal of Amber, San Francisco's premier Indian Restarant

The food will be tailor-made to suit your unique Ayurvedic mind & body personality type, which means that the vital energies of the foods will enhance your prana—recharging your mind, body and soul. So if your body is more “fire-y” (you’re Type A perfectionist), you’ll eat dishes that calm you down or if you’re more “earth-y,” we’ll make foods that perk you up! Note how the six integral tastes come together in a wholesome meal. We will begin the dinner with a short meditation, in preparation of a simple celebration of eating a wonderful meal together .

Fill this questionnaire to determine your body type. Once you have RSVP'd for the event we will send a confirmation with your specific mind body personality type!

When:   Thursday, March 7th  7.30pm- 9.30pm

Where:   Amber Dhara, 680 Valencia Street, San Francisco, CA
