Description

Engage, Match, Employ! Effective Strategies to Increase Employment Opportunities

with Rob Hoffman, MA

Effective business engagement is rooted in placing a priority on, and demonstrating, an ability to meet business needs. This needs to be a central part of an organization’s employment services rather than a marginal/optional activity. Participants will learn about strategies to make a job match along with effective engagement strategies to increase business partnerships and successful employment outcomes. Participants will leave with a better understanding of marketing services, business practices and the business engagement process. Additionally, we’ll discuss strategies that can be employed to expand employment opportunities based on interests and skills versus simply looking for job openings.

Continential breakfast will be provided. Lunch will be on your own.
