The French American Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce our first 2019 energy forum on February, Wednesday 20th at The Boston Consulting Group 1221 McKinney St #3000, Houston, TX 77010.

Meg Gentle along with Roberto Simon and Matthew Abel, will discuss and exchange about their vision on Changing Dynamics: The U.S. Role in the Global Gas Market. Come and mingle with top executives of the Oil & Gas industry

The speakers:

  • Meg Gentle, CEO & president of Tellurian. She previously served as Executive Vice President-Marketing at Cheniere Energy, Inc.

  • Roberto Simon, Managing Director and Head of Natural Resources & Infrastructure for the Americas, for Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking.

  • Matthew Abel, core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Energy practice. Matt led LNG operation optimization program over the last two years.

  • Steven Miles serves as Baker Botts' Energy Sector Chair and heads the 50+ lawyer LNG Practice. His practice focuses on the energy sector in the United States and internationally, particularly in the liquefied natural gas (LNG), natural gas, electric power, and renewable energy industries.

  • Kenneth B. Medlock III, Ph.D., is the James A. Baker, III, and Susan G. Baker Fellow in Energy and Resource Economics at the Baker Institute and the senior director of the Center for Energy Studies. He is also the director of the Masters of Energy Economics program, holds adjunct professor appointments in the Department of Economics and the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, and is the chair of the faculty advisory board at the Energy and Environment Initiative at Rice University. Kenneth is a principal in the development of the Rice World Natural Gas Trade Model, which is aimed at assessing the future of international natural gas trade.
