Caroline Shola Arewa affectionately known as the Energy Doctor has transformed lives worldwide for over 30 years with her pioneering and awarding winning work. Shola’s five published books include the classic Opening to Spirit now in its 20th year anniversary edition and Energy 4 Life. Shola has written 100s of articles on psychology and wellness and currently writes for Yoga Magazine and Inspired Wellness. She became a yoga teacher in1985 and is also a Humanistic Psychologist and Mentor to Yoga Teachers and Wellness Coaches. Shola is the founder of Energy 4 Life, Wellness Coach Training. She presents worldwide and also features in the film Yogawoman. Her latest book is ‘Alchemy of Energy – Change your Energy – Change your life.’ Shola is passionate about helping people get their Energy back and Lives on Track! Shola will be leading the retreat, in the way only she does.

Amina Peterson is the Founder & Director of the Atlanta Institute of Tantra & Divine Sexuality, and will be assisting with the facilitation of the event, and leading morning and evening meditations.
