Free Professional Advanced Workshop: Students welcome to attend

Dr. Unthank our faciliator will share results of her research that revealed a dynamic trauma survival world operating in the unconscious. You will learn to see unresolved trauma as specific energies in relationship with each other and how they work together to maintain a unique defense mechanism. She will illuminate these energies through the lenses of physics, physiology, psychology and spirituality. Also learn about clinical implications for assessment and intervention paradigms will be discussed.

Participants will receive 2 hours of continuing education credits

About our facilitator: Dr. Katherine Unthank is a Licensed Counselor in Nevada, Colorado and Indiana. She is Chair of the College of Social Sciences, University of Phoenix, Las Vegas Campus and Interim Program Chair for the Utah campus. She earned her PhD from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (now Sofia University) in Palo Alto, CA. Her dissertation received recognition from the American Psychological Association (APA) as runner-up for the Sidney M. Jourard research award and from The Center for the Sacred Feminine, with a Scholarship Merit Award.
