Led by presenters from NAMI Seattle, participants learn to identify the early warning signs of mental health conditions for youth at different ages/development stages and what to do if their child is showing these signs. Tips for talking about mental health with young people, family members and school staff, is also part of this 90 minute presentation.

This free presentation will be held on-line using Zoom.
