End of Year Teacher & Staff Evaluation & PDP Processes

In this session, participants will gain a clear understanding of how to complete the Professional Development Plan (PDP) End-of-Year Review and the End-of-Year Evaluation process in NCEES. Teachers will explore the steps leading up to the Summary Evaluation Conference, including how to complete required signatures, acknowledge the summary evaluation, and submit written responses and supporting artifacts. This session provides practical guidance to help ensure a smooth and successful close to the evaluation cycle.
