Stop dreaming about a better year for your business and start making things happen! Many will say ‘this will be my year’ but do not take steps needed to advance their endeavors forward. Well, while others have vision board parties, we have a work session about your business! Bring your laptops, tablets, pens, and paper and come prepared for a business workout.

You will leave with fundamentals for a strategic plan in on your paper, a realistic sales budget, basics of creating a marketing campaign and critical thinking about practical ways to grow your company. The secret to moving things forward is execution with a strategy, so come prepared to spend a solid day with us to create a year that you achieved your business goals.

8:30 am to 9 am: Speed networking with coffee and donuts

9 am to 10:15 am: Getting Serious About Business!

An interactive workshop on visioning, forecasting, internal structure, streams of revenue, organization, positioning, goals/objectives and demographics. Stop winging it and start swinging it!

10:15 am to 11:30 am: Digital Marketing and Social Media. Changes and Trends You Need To
Be Aware Of.

Facebook, Eventbrite, and other platforms are changing the rules of how you engage, market and promote. The favorite free tools that everyone loved to brag and boast about are now participating in pay to play. We’ll talk about this along with showcasing some other apps and digital tools you can use.

11:30 am to 1 pm: Lunch (attendees are encouraged to check out the local eateries in Downtown East Point and College Park, just 5 to 7 minutes away from the center. Options include Oz Pizza, Noodle, Get Fruity, Subway, Corner Grille,

1 pm to 2 pm: New School Technology and Your Business

Business technology is essential, and we must stay current, relevant and ahead of the curve. What new apps can make your life easier? How can you better serve your clients, grow your business and have systems in place? We’re going to give you an overview of it.

2 pm to 3 pm: Sales, Sales, Sales: Yes, you gotta sale!
Sales are the lifeblood of any business, and a company without customers is out of business. How can you better sell to your market? What is a sales strategy? How do you set quotas and met them? Let’s talk about the dollars and make some sense out of it.
