What do I need to bring?

• Comfortable clothing. August in Southern California is warm

What are we eating?

Meals are included with the price to attend Encounter. We will provide snacks in our meeting room. Pali is a peanut-free facility with vegetarian and gluten free and other options available upon request. Upon your confirmation of attending we can discuss options that suit your particular dietary needs.

Are refunds available?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person.

What Airport are near Pali Retreat Center?'

Pali Retreat Center is 2 hours away from Los angeles International Airport (LAX)

Are you providing shuttle service to the retreat location?

As many Encounter attendees are local we will not be shuttling attendees to Running Springs. However, we are trying to arrange for a carpool for our out of town guests. Upon confirmation of attending, someone from the Encounter team will reach out with more information.

What are the sleeping arrangements?

We will stay in cabins surrounded by Oak and Pine trees. Each retreat cabin features solid wood built in bunk beds, radiant floor heating and one to three full bathroom and shower facilities.
