Frequently asked questions

What time does the event start?

The event runs from 10:30am to 4:00pm for General Admission. VIP and VIP Plus ticket holders may enter from 10:00am. Afternoon Only ticket holders may enter from 1:30pm.

What's included in the Afternoon Only ticket?

The Afternoon Only ticket is a no-frills ticket which allows you to enter from 1:30pm. It does not include any goody bags and no entry into any panel and/or workshop. To access panel/workshop, you must have at least a General Admission ticket.

What's the difference between the tickets?

General Admission – Full-day entry, GA goody bag. VIP – Early entry (10am), VIP goody bag, plus access to ONE panel OR workshop. VIP Plus – Early entry (10am), VIP goody bag, plus access to BOTH panel and workshop. Afternoon Only – Entry from 1:30pm, no goody bag, no panels/workshops.

Do I need to register for the panel or workshop?

Yes. If you purchase a VIP, you’ll receive an email to choose panel OR workshop closer to the event. VIP Plus tickets includes tickets to BOTH the panel and workshop. Spots are limited and you MUST book in your spot, regardless of ticket tier. GA and VIP can add on extra panel or workshop ticket.

Are goody bags included with all tickets?

GA goody bags are included with General Admission. VIP goody bags are included for VIP, and VIP Plus tickets. Afternoon Only tickets do not include a goody bag.

Will there be authors and vendors selling books and merch?

Yes. There will be signing authors and bookish vendors, with books and merchandise available to purchase directly at the event. Card preferred, but some of our authors and vendors will accept cash.

Can I bring books from home to get signed?

Yes, you are welcome to bring books from home. Please check individual author signing policies closer to the event.

Is the event suitable for children?

ERA book events is aimed at older teen and adult audience. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Some book content and merchandise may feature mature themes or content, however we have requested that all authors and vendors keep explicit materials more discrete.

Will there be food and drinks available?

There will be no food or drinks available to purchase onsite, however we do have a vegan treats vendor, Third Circle Bakery, and will provide water for attendees.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The venue is wheelchair accessible and has accessible restrooms, lifts, and ramps. If you have specific needs, please contact us in advance.
