Empty Bowls YSU 2022, CHARITY EVENT

About the event!

The Ceramics Program in YSU’s Department of Art invites you to Empty Bowls YSU. A well-loved event, full of fine art and food to fight hunger in our community. Join us for the 3rd Empty Bowls YSU event at McDonough Museum of Art on the YSU campus. Ticket donations go directly to help the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley provide over 300 meals daily to anyone in need. In exchange for your donation, you’ll enjoy an excellent hot bowl of soup with artisan bread by leading locally owned restaurants and select a one-of-a-kind handmade bowl created by local art students, faculty, alumni, and community artists to take home.

There will be 3 Seatings to select from: 11am • 12:30pm • 2pm

Veggie, Vegan and Gluten Free soup options will be available

Additional tickets will be available at the door as seating permits.

New this year! Fine art raffle to raise additional funds for the Rescue Mission.

Please join YSU’s Ceramics Program in helping the Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley serve meals to our neighbors in need.
