Description

I have felt the need to have more women with visibility in many areas. This is very important for our new generation to see that it is possible and have examples of overcoming and empowerment.

The event is to get all our experiences and share with the audience. To empower woman from all over the world.

Remember each one of you are special and can change many lives with your story!!

We will have women from various industries and from all walks of life, with different backgrounds that are also role models give their perspectives on their professional careers & the businesses they operate.

Join us for a happy hour full of mindful and empowered women!

Here is our 4 Powerful woman in the pannel:

Elizabeth Christoper:

She's brazilian, 45 years-old. This year is very special for me, I have been showing my self-discovery story by sharing my process on Instagram since Day 1.

My struggle with my weight had led me to serious health problems and depression. I have been dieting for 25 years. In December 2016, I had decided to get a bariatric surgery after my doctor got extremely concerned with my health. I had some many failed attempts to lose weight, that I just opted for the procedure. In January 2017, I was introduced to a healthier way of eating. Low Carb High Fat by a dear friend. I decided to give one final attempt. Best decision of my life. Since then, I lost 56 lbs. Got my self esteem back, several healthy issues were resolved. It is incredible. I have been so surprise how it all changed me and because of it I decided to go back to school and start a business involving my new passion which is cook the food that I love, but in a different and healthier way. Showing that you don't need to sacrifice flavor or be conditioned to be counting calories in everything you eat. I have a better relationship with food now, better control. I love to be able to inspire others as well, because I have been in the same position.
