About this event
Despite growing efforts to make academia a more equitable space, sexual harassment remains a major problem that runs rampant across institutions, academic fields, and scholarly settings. The overarching goal of this workshop is to empower trainees against sexual harassment in academia by understanding the scope of the problem, knowing about rights and possible action plans, and learning trauma-informed mental wellness strategies to promote advocacy for themselves or others.
All graduate/professional students, postdocs, undergraduates, staff, and allies are welcome! Attending all sessions is not required - you are welcome to drop into any session.
