In this webinar, Thomas Jensen will share a framework and insight to strengthen your employee and team relationships with high quality mentoring. Tom will draw upon over 30 years of experience coaching and mentoring junior and mid-level employees, including 17 years leading Enterprise Futures (EFN) and as a VP for a Fortune 500 company.

Whether you are with a startup, a mid-sized or large company you will be able to take away an actionable framework to apply to your company.

Tom will present a framework inspired by 10 years of research he has led with the University of Michigan and other universities to understand how young innovators and entrepreneurs between 20 and 30 learn and benefit from mentoring and coaching from mentors between 30 and 75 years of age. Brief cases will be presented based on the experience of executives at companies such as Amazon, AT&T, DOW Chemical, Ford, Google, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, Qualcomm, Salesforce, etc.
