Are you critical of yourself and of others? Do you often feel like you don't know the right thing to do or say? Do you often feel inferior or inadequate? Do you frequently compare yourself to others? Do you often feel hurt and/or angry by the behavior and/or words of another?

If so, you many be suffering from Low Self-Esteem, which is the result of faulty thinking in which a person views (thinks of) him- or herself as inadequate, unacceptable, unworthy, unlovable, and/or incompetent .

Most everyone has something about them that they would like to change, whether it's to advance in one's career, become more fit and so on. But there is an important difference between self-improvement goals and the more painful, “I am fundamentally not okay because of X, Y, Z."

The importance of healthy self esteem, as well as self-respect and confidence, for the foundation of your well-bring cannot be underestimated. Your esteem is important because it has an impact on your life and choices. Self esteem is the idea that you have about yourself. It is how valuable and important you think you are and how you respect yourself as a person. When those with Low Self-Esteem believe that they are inadequate, unlovable, and/or incompetent, they may withdraw from opportunities, settle for less than is deserved, give up dreams, forfeit goals, engage in unhealthy and chaotic relationships, and behave in other ways that are self-defeating—throughout life.

When our self-esteem and self-respect are low, we make poor choices in relationships that lead to heartbreak - or even more alarming, abuse.

In this special 3-part teleclass, you will:

* Understand how self-esteem and self-respect are impacting your relationships
* Examine how your past affects your present
* Identify your core negative beliefs & transform them
* Learn how to practice Self-Compassion
* Create powerful strategies to help boost your Self-Confidence
* Put the "Positive You" into action

Healthy self-esteem, self-respect and self-compassion allows you to look at your own mistakes and shortcomings with kindness and understanding — to embrace the fact that to err is indeed human. When you are self-compassionate in the face of difficulty, you neither judge yourself harshly, nor feel the need to defensively focus on all your awesome qualities to protect your ego. It’s not surprising that self-compassion leads, as many studies show, to higher levels of personal well-being, optimism and happiness, and to less anxiety and depression.

The time has come to open the door to your greatness - and to co-create extraordinary relationships!

This teleclass will meet weekly, on three consecutive Tuesdays in June at 7pm:  June 10, 17 & 24. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills as well as receive the chance to support others on their journey as well. Come prepared to learn, do lots of homework, and get coached to support your breakthrough into more confidence!

As I like to say: I help single people get their sh*t together so they can attract and keep an empowered relationship, so they can feel more joy and fulfillment.   I'm a certified professional coach with a focus on transformation; I also studied relationship coaching with the Relationship Coaching Institute, the first and largest coach training organziation of its kind. My Empowered Dating & Relationship programs are based on 15 years of experience in working with singles and couples in trouble, to help them live a life they love, so they can attract the love of their live. 

  I'm also a Reiki Master, and have served as spiritual counselor for 15 years, helping people rediscover the sacred within themselves as well as in the world around them. Since 1995, I've studied and celebrated the Divine Feminine as embodied and expressed by Nature under the tutelage of renowned theologian Phyllis Curott. I'm also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Temple of Ara, for whom I've developed and implemented community building programs and taught in New York City, New Jersey and in Italy. Many of the workshops I've taught focus on Nature as a source of insight and wisdom.
