Through six deeply guided meditations and gentle integration, this journey offers participants the opportunity to:

Session Format

Each day includes:

Three guided meditations that take you deep into healing themes such as forgiveness, chakra alignment, compassion, self-love, and soul remembrance.

Crystal singing bowls and curated music to enhance your energetic experience and deepen the meditative state.

Gentle sharing, reflection prompts, and integration support to help carry the healing into daily life.

About the Facilitator:

Mauree Kai is a healer and health coach devoted to helping others return to wholeness. Her work blends homeopathy, sound healing, bioenergetics, nutrition, meditation, and intuitive bodywork to awaken each person’s innate healing potential. Her gentle, inclusive approach meets people exactly where they are with reverence, grace, and deep listening. Mauree has been a healing presence in other people’s lives for over 30 years. She is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, an Integrative Nutrition Certified Health Coach, a Certified Bioenergetic Practitioner, a Certified Massage Therapist, and a Reiki Master. She is also certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

Mauree recognizes that everyone is unique and differs in the healing they require to restore their health and well-being. As a holistic practitioner, she looks at the whole person and sees symptoms as messages from the body indicating where there are imbalances. Using a variety of healing techniques, she crafts a very personalized healing program to address the core issues – not just treat the symptoms. She also recognizes the role the mind and emotions play in sickness and health. She teaches individuals how to tune into their physical body and gain clarity on what thoughts and beliefs might be contributing to their current health challenges. Symptoms are explored from the perspective that they are the pathway to awaken more fully to our true nature, thus letting go of all that is not in alignment and restoring the person back to a state of balance and wholeness.

Mauree is an inspirational speaker who gives workshops and lectures around the country on a variety of topics. She also runs meditation workshops on self-healing. She is passionate about empowering people to take control of their health and improve the quality of their lives. Her background includes studies in psychology, holistic healing, mind/body connection, health coaching, massage therapy, nutrition, metaphysics, meditation, and bioenergetic medicine.

Mauree is a gentle and compassionate healer with everyone she works with. She considers it an honor and a privilege to be a part of another person’s healing journey. She sees people as already whole and healing as a sacred process of removing the barriers to reveal their true essence.
