Leveraging Untapped Resources: Social Capital and Benefits of Hiring Individuals with Disabilities
What is the Employment Virtual Conference?
FCIC’s Employment Virtual Conference is an online interactive training opportunity for employers, human resource departments, hiring authorities, policymakers, career developers, job seekers, workers with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), transition and post-secondary educators, rehabilitation and employment professionals, and anyone interested promoting successful employment for people with I’DD. The conference is held online over the course of one day and offers sessions tailored to meet the needs and interests of a diverse audience.

Each year, the Conference will cover topics relevant to various individuals supporting successful employment for individuals with I/DD. This year participants that may benefit from this training event include:
