This year's topics will include how the legalization of marijuana in California affects the workplace, which employers are required to have all-gender restrooms and what that requirement entails, the effect of recent changes to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) on exempt employees in California, amendments to California's Fair Pay Act, labor and employment litigation trends, and much more. We will also provide tips, tricks and worksheets for conducting wage and hour audits and successfully navigating the interactive process.

How long is the program portion of the event?
The presentation will begin at 12 p.m. and end at 1 p.m. followed by an opportunity to ask questions.
