Lisa Chapman, Attorney
Lisa is a graduate of UCSB in Political Science and USF Law School. Her work experience includes a working for a U.S. Senator on Capital Hill, and over 30 years as an attorney. During her legal career Lisa has litigated business and employment law cases and advised businesses about employment laws and regulations. She specializes in helping small to medium sized companies protect themselves from unwanted and unnecessary lawsuits brought by their employees. In Lisa’s mind, most lawsuits brought by employees could have been avoided had the employer complied with California and Federal laws. Lisa’s free time is spent working on non-profit boards, enjoying family, travel and making pasta as often as the 3-day meal plan allows!
Lucy Fong Lee, Attorney
Lucy Lee is the managing attorney at Fallon, Bixby, Cheng & Lee, the oldest immigration law firm in San Francisco. Her practice focuses on work visas, green cards, and U.S. citizenship for employment-based and family-sponsored cases. She has been practicing immigration law for 30 years. She is recognized by peers and honored by Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers.

This program is sponsored by the SBA Community Navigator Pilot Program (CNPP). The CNPP program is an initiative funded through President Biden’s American Rescue Plan, to strengthen SBA support for small business and underserved business by connecting them to national, state, and local resources. The USPAACC-WEST serves as one of 15 nationwide spokes under USPAACC to assist in this initiative.
The CNPP program was designed to help small business, with a focus on those owned by veterans, women, and socially and economically disadvantaged individuals including in rural and urban communities that had been hit the hardest by the COVID-19 pandemic and severe economic impacts. Through the SBA Community Navigator Pilot Program, the USPAACC-WEST offers a host of FREE consultation services, training and resources to small businesses.
