The University of Sunderland Engineering Degree Apprenticeships are designed to meet the needs of manufacturing employers. We are therefore launching a series of workshops to enable employers to co-create our Degree Apprenticeship programmes.
This 2 hour workshops will include
An overview of the Apprenticeship Levy and Funding
Presentation of the standards and outline course content for the Engineering Degree Apprenticeships
Feedback from employers on content and delivery of the Engineering Degree Apprenticeships
Opportunity to discuss the skills and training needs of your workforce with the University of Sunderland
Degree Apprenticeships are full-time employment incorporating 20% on and off the job training leading to a Degree. In April 2017 the government will introduce an Apprenticeship Levy on employers which can be used by employers to off-set apprenticeship costs.
