This 4-hour training explores how everyone wants to be recognized, appreciated, thanked, and rewarded for their professional contributions. 

 

Discover:

  • the diverse range of recognition platforms;
  • the approoaches to take with your workforce;
  • insight as to what is gained when regular, positive acknowledgement is active within an organization or team.

 

Joan Shafer is an expert on leadership and culture .  'Employee Recognition' is a topic she has been researching and working with organizations on for the past 20 years.  Joan is a renowned speaker on this topic and trains management teams on how to strenghthen capability and optimize performance.  She has worked with companies, NGOs, communities, and non-profits on six continents.
