Tina Todd, PHRca, SHRM-CP, is the co-founder of simplyHR, an organization proudly serving businesses in Northern Colorado and beyond as they navigate the world of compliance and best practices that come along with having employees. From hiring to terminating, leave management, and everything in between, simplyHR provides trusted human resource partners to assist in navigating the complexities of HR so businesses understand compliance and focus their time and resources strategically. Tina also co-authored the comic book Define the Line, a sexual harassment prevention training empowering employees to speak up for themselves and each other because everyone deserves a safe and secure workplace. Tina strives to make conversations engaging, meaningful, and fun while addressing the necessary aspects of thoughtfully and compassionately managing a team and keeping businesses out of trouble. While not in the business community, Tina is an avid runner, can frequently be found exploring the outdoors with her family.
