On Thursday, February 25th from 1PM to 2PM, the Philadelphia FEB's HR Council will be hosting a panel discussion entitled "Employee Engagement During the Pandemic and Beyond" where panelists will be sharing their successes with employee engagement in the current virtual workforce environment. We've all had to come up with some creative ideas to engage our staff (ex. photo sharing, virtual coffee breaks, trivia contests, etc.), and can all benefit by sharing these ideas with each other to help improve communications with our staffs.
